Where to Buy

Bounce Pro by Sportspower

You can buy a Bounce Pro from us or from a retailer. Both get you the same trampoline. What matters more is that it comes from one of them.

The routes

Walmart — retailer

The widest selection, in store and online. Most of our round trampolines and both rectangular models are stocked here, and this is usually where the sharpest seasonal pricing appears.

Sam’s Club — retailer

Club-exclusive configurations, often with accessories included that are not in the standard retail pack.

Costco — retailer

Selected models, seasonally. Availability moves with the season rather than running year round.

This site — direct

The full current range with the complete specifications, bought directly from the manufacturer. Our prices are not always the lowest — a retailer buying a container at a time can go below us, and often does.

We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. If the 14ft you want is cheaper at Walmart this week, buy it at Walmart. It is the same trampoline, built in the same factory, to the same specification.

What we would avoid

Marketplace listings from sellers who are not a retailer or us

Our trampolines turn up on marketplaces sold by third parties. Some of it is salvage stock from damaged or returned pallets. Some of the parts sold alongside it are counterfeit — nets, pads and spring sets made to look like ours and not tested to anything.

A trampoline assembled from mixed parts is not the product that was tested, and the warranty does not follow it. The enclosure is the part this matters most for, because a net that looks right and is not right fails in exactly the situation it exists for.

Checking what you have

Every Bounce Pro carries a tracking label, which is a legal requirement for products intended for children twelve and under. It gives the manufacturer, the date and place of manufacture, and the production batch.

  1. Find the plate on the frame leg. It carries the model marking. On older units this is where the model number is printed.
  2. Check the box before you throw it out. The UPC and the tracking information are printed on it, and the box goes in the recycling long before anyone needs the details.
  3. Photograph both. Thirty seconds now, against the day you need a replacement net and cannot read a weathered label.
  4. Keep the manual. It is specific to your model and it is the authority on weight limits, clearances and assembly.

Replacement parts

Parts for current models are available, and the thing to have ready when you ask is the model number from the frame leg plate. Sizes differ between models that look identical from across a garden: a 14ft net is not a 15ft net, and the pole count differs between the Classic and the Multiplay at the same diameter.

Talk to us before buying a part elsewhere

If you are not certain what you need, call rather than guess. Fitting the wrong net is the most common way a sound trampoline becomes an unsound one.
